Sifu - Aaron Crawford
Sifu Aaron Crawford is the Vice President of the Roxbury T'ai Chi Academy. Skilled in various weapons, forms, and exercises taught at the academy, he travels across the country with Master Heg spreading Classical Yang T'ai Chi Ch'uan.

Instructor - Raymond Franklin Vaughn
Raymond F. Vaughn has devoted many years to practicing T'ai Chi Ch'uan. Adopting T'ai Chi as a way of life has allowed Raymond to overcome severe allergies and other physical ailments. Raymond resides in the D.C. area however he returns regularly for advanced training and to participate in the Sunday morning T'ai Chi exercise programs. As an instructor, he does exceptionally well with introducing new students to the basic forms and meditative techniques of T'ai Chi. |

Instructor - Larry Dean
Lawrence Dean has been a practitioner of T'ai Chi since 1994. As the RTCA weapons instructor, he teaches the single-edge saber, the two-edged sword, the short stick, and the long staff. He credits Master Heg and the work done at the RTCA with curing his prematurely arthritic knees. Larry taught university mathematics for 20 years. He is now a real estate developer. |

Instructor - George Jenkins
George Jenkins began practicing T'ai Chi in 2000 (at the age of 45) for health and meditation; which means you are never too old to learn something new and improve your health. He specializes in the Golden Treasures. He credits Master Heg and the work done at the RTCA with improving his health (e.g., lower weight, cholesterol, and PSA levels; reduced allergies). George works in the advertising/Internet web development industry and views T'ai Chi as his "edge" in the workplace for mental alertness and relaxation in a high-stress corporate job. |

RTCA - Instructor Program
Our instructor program in T'ai Chi Ch'uan, Qigong, and the Golden Treasures is a rigorous learning opportunity of oneself and these ancient arts. It takes 5 years to complete basic training covering all exercise forms. Then an additional 3 years of intensive study of each T'ai Chi movement and its respective philosophy, totaling 8 years before receiving recognition from Master Heg in which case you will be certified to teach in the Classical Yang Style of T'ai Chi Ch'uan.
